One Six Eight to host Howard Park dinner - Tuesday 4 March


Leigh McDivitt, executive chef of One Six Eight Restaurant & Bar in Sydney, is set to host a stunning 4 course dinner matched to the award-winning wines of Howard Park, on Tuesday 4 March 2014.


Leigh earned a reputation for flavoursome and innovative dishes, his unique ideas, technique and passion for food was acknowledged by Gourmet Traveller and SMH Good Food Guide during his reign as Head Chef at 3 Weeds in Rozelle.

Now at One Six Eight, Leigh’s unique menu embraces the best seasonal and organically sourced local produce, with a focus on flavour, contrast and texture, creating an exciting Modern Australian menu.


Guests will be guided through the wines from the premium grape-growing regions of Margaret River and the Great Southern in Western Australia, by Richard Burch, Brand Manager and son of Howard Park owner's Jeff & Amy Burch.
