Marchand and Burch at Wildfire - Wednesday 17 April


When two men met in 1991 in a small village in Burgundy, they were instantly connected through their passion for Pinot Noir. Jeff Burch, vigneron and owner of Burch Family Wines, and Pascal Marchand, Burgundian winemaker, together craft a range of wines that combine centuries of French winemaking experience and the best of West Australian fruit.

Encased in glass, with a bird's eye view of the restaurant and the magnificent Sydney panorama; you're invited to meet the winemaker himself, highly celebrated Pascal Marchand and vigneron Jeff Burch, who will together host a four course dinner in the Private Dining Room of Wildfire, that will be both educational and enlightening.


When: Wednesday 17th April 2013

Time: 7.00pm for Sparkling on arrival, for a 7.30pm start

Where: Wildfire Private Dining Room, Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay West, The Rocks, Sydney
