Meet celebrity chef Manu Feildel of Sydney's L'etoile Restaurant in the prestigious Argyle Ballroom of the Parmelia Hilton Perth on Thursday, 12th July 2012. Manu is well known for TV shows including, "Ready, Steady, Cook" and "My Kitchen Rules". Manu will present a three course menu from 'Manu's French Bistro' cookbook with each course complimented by Howard Park and Marchand & Burch wines. Personally signed copies of Manu's book will be available for sale on the night.
