    Wine overview

    • Appellation d'origine Controlee
      Cremant de Bourgogne
    • Region
      Burgundy, France

A hand-harvested Cremant from vineyards within Burgundy, France; with delicate bubbles highlighting the finesse of its effervescence.

    Winemaking

A Cremant made using the Traditional method.

A slow pressing is carried out via the pneumatic press; to exert less pressure and therefore producing higher quality results.
We are looking for expressive Crémants de Bourgogne which is why the level of residual sugar in our wine is 10g/L.

    Alc: 12% v/v

    Reviews

“A very pleasant little sparkling wine with character, some refinement in texture, and a clean, technically A1 flavour and aroma. The palate is soft and balanced to a clean finish, with a degree of richness.”

    Tasting Notes

Golden yellow in colour with delicate bubbles highlighting the finesse of its effervescence. It’s fruity in flavour with citrus notes expressing a great harmony that will enhance each moment of conviviality. It presents all its elegance during aperitifs or when served with poultry. Recommended served chilled, at 7-8˚C.
