Based in the village of Avize in the Côte de Blancs
Olivier Bonville runs this Côte des Blancs estate, originally set up by his grandfather, Franck, a grower in Avize. The Bonvilles now have an unrivalled domaine in Avize, Oger and Cramant, totalling more than 20 hecatres (50 acres) and all Grand Crus. Bonville champagnes are all Blanc de Blancs.

Nose: the first aromas are rather hidden and after a while, the nose reveals rich notes such as accacia, elderberry, hawthorn and honeysuckle.
Mouth: Dynamic, supple and elegant, the mouth reveals a coming roundness. Floral and fruity flavors are still present.
The final note is clean and nervous, rather long and harmonious. Citrus and mineral notes are still present.
