Roots, barks, flowers, seeds, herbs, spices, wine
A wine aromatised with the infusion of botanicals to add bittersweet flavours, then lightly fortified with natural grape spirit.
Our proprietary potion of botanicals includes wormwood, star anise, coriander, sea parsley, orris root, and juniper. The consumption of apéritifs to stimulate the gastric juices and to promote the appetite is a centuries old practice.
Historically consumed for medicinal purposes, in more modern times consumed for the enjoyment of.

Our winemaking team recommends enjoying it poured over ice, classically served with tonic, sparkling white wine, or more neutrally, soda water, to reveal its full flavour.
