Méthode Traditionelle Sparkling Wine
Méthode Traditionelle sparkling wine is created by using the methods originally developed in the Champagne region of France. This method involves riddling and disgorgement and is a labour intensive and time consuming process. Importantly, the wine must undergo its sparkling (secondary) fermentation in the bottle you purchase. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes used in these wines are all hand harvested from the Great Southern region of Western Australia.
