Moscato
A refreshing and spritzy aperitif or breakfast style with intense floral and Muscat characters to be served ice cold. MadFish uses a mix of Muscat, Gewurztraminer and Riesling to create the final blend. Muscat is sourced from the Gin Gin in the Swan Valley to give it the floral aromatics while Gewurztraminer and Riesling from the Great Southern add succulence and a vibrant acidity. Gently sweet with a soft, sparkling feel.
