Tasting Notes
The nose is mature, powerful and very clear. The first sent introduces aromas of brioche, vanilla and bakery. Then honey, beeswax and candied fruits appear by the aeration.
After a couple seconds in the glass, we start to recognize the alcohol, the old Portos and the stone fruits. The nose is full and well-balanced.
The mouth is sweet, round and the freshness is sensible. The maturity we felt by the nose is found back in the mouth as well. The bakery aromas prevail.
A delicious Champagne, easy to taste than we will enjoy of course by the aperitif. We advise you to pair it with a sweet and sour dish such as a veal with pineapple, a duck in orange sauce or even a pork in plum sauce.
