Aromas of cassis, blueberry, mulberry and a touch of earthiness. The palate is luscious and generous with brooding dark fruit flavours of mulberry, blueberry, black currant, plus black truffle, dusty mocha and gravel soil notes. 18 months maturation in French oak (40% new) supports the weight of this beautiful dark juice from our Scotsdale vineyard, adding flavour and rounding the edges, leaving fine tannin and a persistent, comforting finish.
