Champagne Franck Bonville Les Belles Voyes 2013 (Copy)
Out of stock
From a single vineyard named Les Belles Voyes in the famous Grand Cru hillside of Oger. Planted in 1960 this plot showcases the origins of the house of Franck Bonville. The grapes are always well ripened and pressed separately. Wooden casks are used for the vinification of this famous terroir and only fifteen casks are selected for the blending of the Belles Voyes cuvée. A long ageing time on the lees completes the vinification.
This disgorgement of this special cuvee is based entirely on the exceptional 2013 vintage.
Oger Grand Cru
"A beautiful introduction from the first pastry scents that come around...Evolution notes are here, butter aromas take over, wide and generous. The volume of wine, rich and fat, comes to surround fresher notes, minty and iodized. The frame of 2013 is recognizable, marked by the Bonville style and the Belles Voyes style with its light and aerial oxygenation.
A real wine of gastronomy, we enjoy tasting it the easiest way too: sharing it between friends, sitting on the low wall of the eponymous plot on Oger’s heights."
Serve as an accompaniment to smoked fish, shellfish or poultry.
Drink now or cellar for up to five years.
