Brambly dark fruits, cassis and black plum form an inky and concentrated bouquet complemented by notes of Christmas spice, mocha and chipped gravel. Flavours of mulberry, wild blueberry and baked crumble unfold as fine, chalky tannins envelope the palate, providing structure and finesse. The combination of natural balanced acidity and judicious use of French oak provides layers of complexity and encourages connoisseurs to appreciate the unfurling evolution of this wine over the next 10 years.
