Tasting Notes
The weather was very dry in the summer. A lack of water was felt in the beginning of August. Then, a day of pouring rain on the 15th allowed the maturation and the sugar accumulation to resume.
By its finesse, this Cuvée reflects the purity of the vintage 2010. The fullness of the wine makes it remarkably well-balanced. The perfect maturity of the harvest ensures volume and complexity.
The silky texture brings a delicate and wide final. There is no need for so much dosage.
The butter and brioche notes that come with the lovely minerality will make this Champagne the perfect partner for finely cooked fished or white meats.
