Tasting Notes
From Franck Bonville
Appearance: Deep and golden, pretty string of fine and persisting bubbles
Nose: Ample and rich. The first olfactory feeling presents almond aromas, followed rapidly by cirus flavours (lemon, peach and grapefruit) surrounded by plenty of roundness and suppleness. After a while and some aeration in the glass, warmer notes appear such as almond pastry, crystallised fruit and alcohol, proof of a beautiful maturity.
Palate: Creamy and round, ample and generous. This vintage is a perfect feminine wine. We leave the freshness and the minerality of vintage 2008 to enter into a universe of roundness, richness and delicacy. A well balanced champagne, easy to appreciate for it's gourmet and energetic qualities.
Food Match: We recommend this Cuvee Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs as an aperitif
