An attractive cherry red-purple colour, with the fragrances of rose petals and Turkish delight from Marsannay married with the soft flavours of Nuits-St-Georges; gentle fruit with hints of earth, great for relaxed, entry–level red Burgundy drinking.

Maceration process: 100% de-stemmed. Total elevage: 16 months, one racking during the ageing. Oak used: Aged in French oak barrels for 10 months and then transferred to tank. No new oak was used. Filtration: No fining, light filtration.
